This beach got its cute name, "Bottom-breaker", in the 19th century due to a river-bed which formed during extreme weather conditions and broke
through the line of dunes. A country type of beach, three kilometres long and some hundred metres wide, you get to it along a lane which comes
off the A-494 Mazagón-Matalascañas at kilometre point 32.6. It adjoins la Torre del Loro (Parrot Tower) Beach and, as with almost all the beaches
in the area, you have to get onto it by going down its cliff.
It's used by naturists - although not officially a nudist beach - and by non-naturists.
