Situated next to the lighthouse building and near the marina, this beach is visited by families due to the protection afforded by its being in the
Estuary (less swell and warmer waters).
You get to it on foot along the promenade. From here one can make out Punta del Moral and part of the Isla Cristina Salt Marshes Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty.
