Booking tips for booking online
Book Online - The item is available for immediate confirmation.
Request - The item will be confirmed by the supplier within 24hrs.
Billing information - The name and address should coincide with the credit card used.
Confirmations & auto-emails - Please make sure your e-mail address is correct as all confirmations are sent to this address.
Booking Reference - All bookings have a unique reference number which can be quoted if you don't have the printed confirmation.
"My Bookings": Use and suggestions
Check/change/cancel or reprint bookings.
New customers must first register with e-mail, password and customer details.
Repeat customers simply enter their email address and password then proceed.
The email address provided will be used for confirmations and vouchers.
Both letters and numbers are recommended for passwords.
Password reminders are sent by entering your e-mail and clicking on the link.
Cancellations & amendments
Use My Bookings whenever possible.
Booking amendments are not charged as long as they do not involve a cancellation or partial cancellation.
Contact the bookings department at bookings@authentrex.com if you need help.
In both cases a cancellation may incur a charge as stipulated on the cancellation terms and conditions from the original booking.
Once the cancellation is processed you are sent a cancellation confirmation email with the corresponding refund to your credit card.
