We do not give personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Please consult our privacy policy for further information. 3.- BOOKING PROCESS AND CONDITIONS 3.1.- Via the Authentrex, S.A. websites, the customer selects the providers of accommodation and/or services available on the desired dates with the features of the accommodation or services he or she wishes to book. 3.2. Contracts for the relevant services are concluded directly between users and their chosen provider through the reservation procedure. 3.3. - The prices indicated on the website include Value Added Tax and any other applicable tax and will be current at all times, save for keying errors. 3.4. - No booking fee. Our service is free of charge to the customer. 3.5.- At the time of completing the booking, the customer undertakes to give all relevant details that are requested of him or her (number of persons -including children-, dates, etc.) to complete the booking. The type and quantity of data may vary depending on the accommodation / service concerned. Authentrex, S.A. shall not be liable for any issues that may arise should these details be given incorrectly. 4.- PAYMENT 4.1. - The total booking amount will be charged directly by Authentrex once the booking is confirmed. You will then be sent your voucher as proof of payment. 5.- YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS 5.1.- Authentrex, S.A. uses the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details holding the SSL (secure sockets layer) certificate provided by Thawte. This certificate certifies that credit card data are encrypted to avoid unauthorised access to this information. 5.2 - We do not give your credit card details to any of our providers or third parties under any circumstances. 6.- CANCELLATIONS / BOOKING AMENDMENTS 6.1. - To avoid misunderstandings, changes and cancellations should always be made through the Authentrex Website (under My Bookings) whenever possible. 6.2. - Cancellation charges are clearly visible throughout the booking process and vary according to each supplier. Cancellation charges are always according to the stipulated supplier policy. 6.3. - For security reasons, your credit card details will not be forwarded to the provider. Should the cancellation charge apply, it will be charged automatically by Authentrex once the cancellation has been processed. 6.4.- To cancel your Sunny Cars reservation, please follow the instructions on your Sunny cars booking confirmation email. 7.- COPYRIGHT 7.1.- The content of the Authentrex websites, its data, information, logo, and trading styles, are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. It is categorically forbidden to copy, reproduce, use for commercial purposes, alter, distribute or publicly communicate for any purpose or through any medium any of the contents of the visithuelva.com website. Any party infringing these rights will be prosecuted under current law. 7.2.- Authentrex does not guarantee or accept liability for the faithfulness of the photographs and descriptions of accommodation and services published on the website which, in the main, are supplied by the providers concerned. 8.- USING THE WEBSITE 8.1.- The user declares that he or she is legally an adult (18 or over) and has the necessary legal capacity for entering into a contract to book the services offered by providers on Authentrex's website. 8.2.- The user accepts that the functioning of this service is governed by Spanish law. Any differences of opinion as to the interpretation or application of these general conditions shall be settled by the Courts within whose jurisdiction the user resides. 9.- DISCLAIMER 9.1.- The Authentrex websites have been compiled with the greatest possible care. Our services are based on the information provided by our suppliers. For this reason our suppliers remain responsible for the correctness of this information. 9.2.- Hotels & cottages and other service providers can alter the information about their property/services without prior notice. Authentrex can not therefore guarantee the accuracy and faultlessness of the information displayed, nor can Authentrex be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the information provided. 9.3.- Authentrex does not review all the sites linked to our websites and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked the Authentrex websites. 9.4.- Authentrex reserves the right to amend this legal information, and the content of the website without prior notice.
